We train in house.
Most of our crews came from agriculture, grounds maintenance or the trades rather than from solar. The solar-specific parts — module handling, DC safety, reporting — we teach. Tickets and training are paid for.
Site supervisor
Own a group of sites: scheduling, crew, client contact and the monthly report.
HV authorised person
Switching, testing and commissioning on the connection side.
