Modules, glass, cabling and the frames holding them up. This is the part of the site where output is won back, and the only loss on a solar farm that is fully reversible: soiling. Degradation, shading and inverter clipping are structural. Soiling is measurable, recoverable, and the cost of recovering it is known before the work starts.
We set cleaning cycles from your measured soiling rate rather than a generic calendar, and log the work block by block so you can audit what was cleaned and when without taking our word for it.

Where the money is
Typical UK soiling loss runs at 2–5% between cleans, and more beside arable land, poultry units and unsurfaced tracks. It is worst at the bottom edge of the module, where dust settles in the band just above the frame — exactly where the cells are shaded longest.
